Six-Layer Party Cups

Serves: 20 people

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 bottles of Herdez salsa
- 2 cups of guacamole
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of sour cream
- 1 cup of hot sauce
- 1 cup of assorted diced veggies (like pepper, onion, whatever you would like)
- a small bag of corn chips

Directions:
1. Take out 20 plastic cups, like the ones in the picture below the directions. Evenly distribute the salsa into the bottoms of each one.
2. Distribute the guac to each up evenly, as well.
3. Do the same to the sour cream and hot sauce layers. Then crush all the chips in the bag, save for 20.
4. Mix the crushed chips and shredded cheese together.
5. Using the crushed chips/cheese as another layer, sprinkle them on top of each cup. Stick one whole chip in the tops of each cup.
6. Finally, pour the diced veggies (I also like to add in beans to the mix) evenly into each cup. Then, presto! Your amazingly easy-to-make and delicious tray of party snacks has been served.
