Garlic Italian Meatballs

Serves: 6-8 people

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/3 cup parsley leaves (shredded/diced away)
- 2 1/2 cloves of garlic, smashed/diced apart
- 1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 of an onion, diced well
- 1 1/3 tablespoons basil
- 4 tsp. salt

Directions:
1. Take a medium-sized pan and put in your onions. Add in your salt on top and cook them for around 10 minutes at level 6 or 7 (if you have an oven that doesn't use a number dial, put them in at medium temperature).
2. After they have cooked for this time, add in the garlic and basil. Let it all cook together for about 3 minutes. Then, turn off the stove and let everything cool while you work with the meat . . .
3. Knead together the meat, eggs, cheese, parsley, tomato sauce, water, and breadcrumbs with your hands. Slowly work in your cooled concoction from the pan and make the meatball mixture into tiny balls.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
5. In a big dish sprayed with non-stick spray, place your meatballs in and cook them for about 15 minutes in the oven. Make sure they are golden brown or dark red when you take them out, though . . .
6. Finally, put your favorite sauce on them (in the picture they are shown without any, though) and eat to your hearts' content. Delicious!
