German Apple Pancakes

Serves: 2-4 people

Ingredients:
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small, grated apple
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
1. Put everything except the butter into a mixing bowl. Gently stir it by hand.
2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into an electric frying pan at medium heat.
3. Scoop out a bit of batter in a 1/4 cup scooper. Repeat this until the frying pan is filled, but make sure the pancakes are placed about 3 inches apart.
4. Cook your pancakes for 2-3 minutes. Then flip them over and cook then for 1 minute on the other side.
5. Repeat this until all the batter is gone. Then put all your pancakes on a plate and serve them with powdered sugar on top (they may not look good, but trust me; they are!).
