Stuffed Pepper Snackers

Serves: 4-6 people

Ingredients:
- 16 small chili peppers
- 3 bricks of cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cups diced/cubed ham
- 1/2 a bell pepper, also cubed/diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup mini pepperonis, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)

Directions:
1. Take all the cream cheese bricks out of their wrappers and stick them in a microwavable bowl. Heat them up until they have all melted into a gooey mush (don't heat them up too much; they cannot be runny!!!!).
2. Thoroughly mix your diced ham, bell pepper, onion, and mini pepperonis into the cream cheese. While you move on to the next step, let your mixture sit in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Clean and wash your small chili peppers twice and then gut them completely.
4. When the mixture is done sitting, add your powder and salt, if you so desire
5. Once you are done with everything else (and have finished adding your extra powder and salt), stuff your chili peppers with you cream cheese mixture.
6. Let everything sit for about another 5 minutes.
7. Finally, serve the stuffed pepper snackers out and enjoy!
